The charges for the House and the Lodge vary throughout the year depending on seasons. For an accurate quote please contact us directly via the enquiry page.
Balgedie House costs from £1,400 to £2,100 per week. We also offer short breaks out of peak seasons, with rates from £840.
Balgedie Lodge costs from £400 to £650 per week with short breaks from £280.
To rent both houses together, and have access to the whole estate, costs from £1,750 to £2,750 per week with short breaks from £1,050.
A supplement applies over Christmas and New Year.
Well behaved pets are welcome at a £20 supplement per animal.
Accommodation runs from 4pm on the day of entry to 10am on the day of departure. A 30% deposit is required to hold the booking, while the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the booking. Deposits are non-refundable. Balance payments will be refunded if we are able to let the property with the deduction of £100 to cover administration costs. However if the property is not re-let the balance will not be refunded. We highly recommend taking out insurance to cover any cancellation risks.
Payment can be made by BACS bank transfer, PayPal or cheque.
Included within the price are all electricity and heating bills, bed and bath linen, a large basket of logs and kindling for the fire in the Lodge and the log stoves in the House, cupboard items such as tea, coffee, cooking oils and spices, cleaning supplies and a welcome basket with local, seasonal treats.
Additional items can be purchased when booking such as a housekeeper, dog sitter, additional linen, extra bags of wood etc.
Low occupancy rates of 6 guests or less in the House during the low season may be considered at the owners discretion. Please contact the owner directly to discuss this further.
